We are (tentatively) scheduled to serve in Nagua and El Factor, Dominican Republic, February 12-26, 2022.
This trip is hosted in-country by Medical Ministry International of Canada (MMI). The Dominican MMI team hosts about one mission per month providing surgeries, clinics to surrounding towns, eye exams, dental care, health education, and faith counseling. Please visit www.mmi.org
Our team has openings for translators, general helpers and medical professionals.
Each day is a mix of consultations, general surgery, OB-gyn surgery, and minor surgery.
We welcome nurses, anesthesia professionals, OR techs, PAs, NPs, physicians and surgeons who would enjoy the making a difference. We also welcome nursing students, medical students and general helpers.
