- We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
- Each volunteer pays their own trip costs
- Your support enables our high school student translators to not only use and improve their Spanish language skills but have a life-changing experience
- Donations help us procure medical supplies for the clinics but more significantly for our surgeries
- Additional monies reduce trip costs that present a barrier for volunteers. If you wish to honor one of our volunteers with your donation, please enter their name in the message box.

Some other ways we finance our trip and/or minimize costs:
- Local hospitals contribute medical supplies and equipment.
- Medical supplies are purchased at greatly reduced prices from nonprofit organizations that collect unused medical supplies for missions like ours.
- We raise money by selling Ecuadorian handcrafts at fairs in our area. We love shopping at the fabulous outdoor markets in Ecuador.
- Drug samples in quantity are donated by pharmaceutical companies.
- The Bible Society of Maine has funded Spanish Bibles.
